A centerboard is a movable keel that allows a sailboat to operate in shallow and deep waters and to move in directions other than downwind allowing for a faster and more maneuverable boat.
We think this represents what we do here at Centerboard. Our mission is to revitalize Lynn and we believe that being able to move quickly and navigate systems is key to making this happen. We develop innovative ways to solve problems and act on those ideas to create the biggest impact possible.
We are made up of skilled, dedicated staff that is passionate and committed to the city of Lynn and the families we serve. It is through the connection of families to skills, business, education and arts that true impact can be made in our community.
